As a Talent Sourcer / Junior Recruiter, you will play a key role in building the talent pipelines needed to support the organization's continued growth across multiple functions. You will focus on identifying, engaging, and screening high-potential candidates for sales positions across 17 territories, as well as roles in general administration, operations, product, and engineering.

Working closely with the senior recruiter, hiring managers, and talent coordination team, you will help ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
