• Field Team and LEADS General Info Job Type: Full-Time Location: Albany, NY Compensation Range: $18- $40 per hour & $5,000 sign on bonus for field team, up to $6,000 sign on bonus for FIELD LEADS!* American Energy Care/ AEC Solar has been in the energy efficiency and renewable energy business for over 30 years! We are currently seeking several positions to join our Solar Team in Albany, New York; The Solar Installer, installs, builds and helps to manage the construction of solar projects. Our installation team works alongside suppliers, Project Management and the operations team to ensure successful completion and closeout of the projects designed, and happy customers.

Responsibilities Include

Reviewing plans for sites Laying out solar racking systems per design on ground and roof mounted systems Installing photovoltaic (PV) systems, and other energy products in commercial and residential settings Climbing ladders and working on roof top to complete mounting Installing required labels on solar system components and hardware.

Communicating with the customer when on-site Consideration and attention to cost, quality, client needs, satisfaction and workmanship during the entire process.

Qualifications
