Prioritize, respond to and resolve IT-related issues promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Log and track all support requests in the ticketing system. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems. Guide users through step-by-step solutions for technical issues. Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams or vendors as necessary. Perform routine maintenance on IT systems and infrastructure. Install, configure, and update software and hardware as required.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience. 0-2 years Helpdesk Technician experience preferred. Excellent communication and listening skills required. Research and troubleshooting skills. Must possess and maintain a valid driver license. Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
