Experienced Dispatcher

Creative Multi. Care is looking to hire a full-time Experienced Dispatcher in INSERT. Must have at least 3 years of dispatching experience, preferably in dispatching service technicians. The Dispatcher is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our dispatch processes. Job Description: Dispatch a core group of technicians and manage a daily service schedule in an efficient and timely manner Communicate with and update customers based on the daily service schedule Handle customer inquiries with professionalism Manage a large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues as they arise, and provide solutions and/or alternatives Provide information about our services Build sustainable relationships with both customers and technicians Develop and maintain a knowledge base of products, services, and technician skillsets to utilize when making decisions based on specific customer request/needs Meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets Our Benefits Include: Weekly pay Paid time off On-the-job paid training Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) matching with immediate vesting Supplemental insurance packages Job Requirements: Must have prior dispatching experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Positive and professional demeanor with great interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English Bilingual is a plus, but not required Must pass pre-employment background check and motor vehicle report
