• Naples, FL, Position Type: Full Time Regular, Education Level: Bachelor's Degree, Salary Range: $23.22 - $29.03Hourly, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Education, Schedule/Hours: M – F 8:00 pm – 5:00 pm – 40 hours a week This position is responsible for: Plans, develops, initiates, and monitors a curriculum where children are actively involved in the learning process, experience a variety of developmentally appropriate activities and materials. Ensures that the day-to-day operation of the Child Development. Center;maintain compliance with established policies and procedures as well as an operational budget.

Key Responsibilities

Plans, coordinates, supervises, and monitors the day-to-day operations of the Child Development Center, pre-school; ensures compliance with accepted child care practices and licensing regulations, as well as, school policies and procedures. Hires, supervises and evaluates Child Development Center workers; plans, prioritizes, coordinates, and monitors employees work in progress and upon completion; instructs and trains in proper methods and procedures; conducts performance evaluations; provides constructive and positive feedback to employees.

Plans, develops, and monitors curriculum content of classes, giving specific as well as general guidance to each class worker. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Work is performed in a normal child care environment where there are little or no physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.

What we are looking for

in you:: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Early Childhood Education or a related field, and Three years progressively responsible experience teaching early childhood education with at least two years in a supervisory capacity, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS: Valid state driver's license Food Handlers Certification C.P.R. and First Aid Certification Directors Credential C.D.A.
