Sales Development Representative

Sales Development Representative (SDR) Talent 360 is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The SDR will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate leads. Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess their potential and understand their needs. Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects. Maintain CRM data accuracy and manage sales activities reporting. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

Follow up promptly with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. 0-6 months of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
