About the Role

As the Senior Visual Merchandising Designer, you will provide excellent & creative visual merchandising directions for product displays and designated markets to ensure brand’s high quality, homogenous image and proper execution across the region. The Impact You Can Create at CHANEL Create product displays and merchandising guidelines to educate and train Visual Merchandiers and Retail teams.

Connect and animate the Visual Merchandising community through digital and physical touchpoints. Ensure proper merchandising execution throughout the region through creating different guidelines for visual layouts, technical details, and campaign design direction. Conceptualize, create and develop innovative displays and events for different campaigns that are consistent with the brand image.

You Are Energized By Creating immersive and visually striking brand experiences. Collaborating with diverse teams and adapting to fast-paced, evolving environments. Solving design challenges with creativity and precision. Managing multiple projects with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.

What You Will Bring

A degree in Interior Design, Industrial/Product Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or Multimedia. At least 4 years’ working experience in visual merchandising / interior decoration / graphic design / events design environment, preferably with cosmetics or luxury consumer industry. Background in providing training will be a plus.

Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work independently. Proficiency in Sketch. Up, Illustrator, and Photoshop A dynamic, creative, and self-motivated mindset with a strong sense of urgency. Fluency in English and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
