Job description
Olgoonik is an Equal Opportunity Employer Overview: The Systems Operations Administrator reports to the Systems Operations Program Manager and performs specialized systems administrative functions in support of an enterprise integrated security management system and provides customer support services to system users, employees, and visitors.
Primary Responsibilities: Processes applicants for ID cards. Processes ID card applications. Performs quality control checks. Processes access control requests. Prepares system generated reports. Prepare status reports. Provides customer service support. Provides training. Updates files. Identifies and resolves basic ID card problems.
Identifies and resolves basic access control problems. Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Applications/Programs. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Ability to perform work with minimal supervision. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. 1 Year of general customer service experience. 1 Year of clerical and data entry experience. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: N/A Security Clearance: Secret clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Benefits
Olgoonik employee covered under the Service Contract Act (SCA) and working on the Professional Staffing Program (PSP) contract, you will be eligible to participate in a comprehensive fringe benefit program which includes; group medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible spending, life insurance, AD&D, long term disability, and short term disability.
If you elect to participate in these benefits, your coverage will be effective the first of the month following your date of hire. It is Olgoonik’s policy to pay fringe in the form of benefits through an insurance and 401(k) plan. Olgoonik also offers employees the opportunity to save for retirement through a 401(k) plan.
Eligible employees may defer salary contributions into a 401(k) and/or Roth 401(k) account. After one (1) year of employment, Olgoonik will match your contributions dollar for dollar up to 4%. Eligible employees will begin to accrue paid personal leave on a pro-rata basis on the first day of employment. Your annual leave is based upon twenty (20) days per year during the first through fifth years of employment and increases in accordance with the paid personal leave schedule in the attached Benefit Summary thereafter.
