The start date for this position will not be until September 2026 The Part-Time Library Assistant at the John W. Jacobs Technology Center (JTC) provides direct customer service at the main JTC and the Makerspace desks. Key duties at the JTC main desk include assisting the public and library staff in the use of computers, scanners, and printers.
Key duties at the Makerspace desk include offering Makerspace equipment training, assisting customers with their maker projects, conducting Makerspace and/or STEM related workshops, and programs.
