Clinical Aide- Hearing Screening Newborns

Overview

We are hiring a Clinical Aide to support our Audiology team by conducting newborn hearing screenings and helping ensure infants receive timely, high-quality care. This role works closely with families and clinical staff to provide a positive patient experience.

What you'll do

Perform newborn hearing screenings following established protocols. Educate parents on the screening process and answer basic questions. Document screening results accurately and complete required records. Coordinate follow-up testing when needed. Support daily clinic and patient care operations.

Who you are

Experience in healthcare, patient care, or working with newborns preferred. Comfortable interacting with families in a compassionate and professional manner. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Able to follow procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
