HR Specialist

Unison Health is seeking a highly organized, self-motivated HR Specialist to independently coordinate and manage Human Resources operations for our subsidiary organization, Ohio Respite Alliance (ORA). This position supports a contingent workforce dedicated to providing respite services to children and families throughout Ohio.

The HR Specialist will oversee a broad range of HR functions, including pre-employment screening, background checks, employment verifications, onboarding, employee record management, HRIS administration through ADP, and ongoing HR compliance. This role requires an individual who demonstrates initiative, strong attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage HR processes while collaborating with leadership and program operations.
