Supervisor of Community Resource Specialist - Primary Care

The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Supervisor of Community Resource Specialist’s is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Community Resource Specialists (CRS) within the Medical Services Division (MSD). Primary responsibilities include mentoring and coordinating work for the CRS’, optimizing results of the function, as well as performing work with clinic staff, customer-owners, and social resource sources regarding the coordination of a broad range of Federal, State, and Local programs, services, and resources as well as time intensive care coordination tasks.

This position requires driving to offsite work locations to check in with staff, some travel to Wasilla is required.
