Human Resources Generalist

The HR Generalist is responsible for providing well-rounded, hands-on Human Resources support for the site. This role serves as a key HR partner to employees, supervisors, and managers by supporting employee relations, onboarding, FMLA and leave administration, terminations, benefits, timekeeping, UKG and Oracle HRIS/workflow transactions, HR training, and site-level HR projects.

The HR Generalist is expected to be flexible, proactive, and knowledgeable across multiple HR functions in order to support daily HR operations, provide coverage for the HR Coordinator or other HR Generalist when needed, and assist the HR Manager with departmental priorities, compliance needs, system-related needs, and special projects.
