We are seeking a candidate who is well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service, and contribute to our team by: Promptly and professionally answering service calls, and setting and confirming appointments Accurately and thoroughly writing repair orders Acting as a reliable, responsive liaison between the technician and customer Patiently and thoroughly assisting our customers through the service process.
