Director, Business Development

This is an exciting opportunity for a business development professional to drive growth and strengthen market presence across the individual life insurance and investment sectors.

In this strategic, fully remote role, you will manage relationships with financial advisors and Managing General Agencies (MGAs), serving as a trusted partner and commercial advisor. You will promote insurance and investment solutions, develop new business opportunities, and support partners in achieving their sales objectives.

Working closely with internal teams, you will contribute to go-to-market strategies, market intelligence, and continuous product improvement. The role combines territory ownership, relationship building, training, and strategic outreach, with regular travel throughout Ontario. You will play a key part in expanding distribution networks and delivering sustainable business growth.
