Outside Sales – Account Executive Foodservice Distribution Starting Compensation: $65,000–$120,000 | Uncapped Commission Potential We're partnering with an established, growing organization in the foodservice industry to identify a driven outside sales professional in multiple territories throughout Washington State. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hunting for new business, developing lasting customer relationships, and building a territory with significant long-term earning potential.

You'll have the ability to take ownership of your market, work with a broad range of customers, and build a recurring book of business that rewards your success. What You'll Be Doing Identify, prospect, and close new business throughout your assigned territory. Develop relationships with restaurants, hospitality operators, and other foodservice businesses.

Grow revenue through a combination of new account acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships. Take a consultative approach to selling, helping customers improve their operations and profitability. Build and execute a territory sales strategy focused on consistent revenue and profit growth. Leverage sales tools, customer insights, and market intelligence to identify opportunities and strengthen account relationships.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive outstanding service and support. Manage your pipeline, customer activity, and territory performance to consistently achieve sales objectives.

What We're Looking For

Proven success in outside sales, territory development, or business-to-business sales. Experience selling into restaurants, hospitality, foodservice distribution, or related industries strongly preferred. A hunter mentality with the confidence to prospect, cold call, and close new business. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.

Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of results. Comfortable using CRM systems, technology, and sales data. Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Compensation

& Benefits Starting Annual Compensation: $65,000–$120,000, depending on experience.
