FSN is looking for a qualified Mental Health Therapy Aide to support Med/Surg, ICU, PEDS, and Float Pool. Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma or GED Certification/Licenses: Current CPR certification is required. Experience: Minimum 1 year in mental health settings. Direct psychiatric/behavioral health experience required. Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities. Proven collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct therapeutic support and crisis intervention. Monitor patient safety and behavior during evening shifts. Assist with group activities and daily therapeutic programs. Document patient interactions and report changes to clinical staff. Maintain a therapeutic environment consistent with facility protocols.
