Junior Analyst

Duties & Responsibilities: At the direction of Enhancor, the Jr. AR Analyst is directly responsible for the following: Review email inbox for receipt batches to post to tenant ledgers. Review payments dashboard to make corrections to failed receipt/return items. Post HUD/TBV receipts. Read and understand tenant ledgers.

Review monthly tenant charges and question discrepancies. Review monthly reports and question discrepancies. Post receipts for all deposits received from third parties/non tenant payments. Creates all Miscellaneous Charges that adhere to clients. Process all tenant ledger adjustments. Re-apply misapplied tenant payments.

Post new security deposits and additional security deposit receipts to tenant ledgers. Post non-tenant receipts. Handle additional responsibilities as per the process requirement.
