VP, Strategy and M&A

The Vice President, Strategy & M&A is responsible for building and leading Eventus Whole. Health's mergers and acquisitions function. This executive role owns the complete transaction lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, negotiation, execution, integration planning, and post-close performance tracking.

The position serves as a strategic partner to the Chief Growth Officer and executive leadership team in identifying, evaluating, and executing growth opportunities that align with the organization's long-term objectives.
