Laboratory Manager – Water Treatment Process Engineering - Onsite Salt Lake City, UT

We are looking for a Laboratory Manager to lead our biological and physical/chemical laboratories. This role oversees laboratory safety, quality, personnel, equipment, workflow, & service delivery while integrating the laboratories. The Laboratory Manager will supervise and develop personnel, set priorities and ensure timely, accurate results supporting customer, engineering, pilot, product, and operational needs.

This hands-on, primarily on-site leadership role focuses on water treatability studies, product sizing, performance verification, and process troubleshooting rather than analytical laboratory services. Candidates for this position may be required to pass pre-employment and periodic screenings, including background checks, drug and alcohol tests, or other necessary assessments.
