Job Summary

8:00 am - 4:30 pm (Monday

  • Friday) Hourly Pay: $23.50 Provides day-to-day operational leadership and hands-on support for order processing and fulfillment activities to ensure customer orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Supports workflow coordination, employee training, quality assurance, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives while serving as a subject matter expert and resource for team members. Partners with leadership to drive productivity, maintain service standards, and support a safe and organized work environment. Essential Job Functions* Provide day-to-day guidance, support, and direction to Order Processing Clerks and Fulfillment Associates. Coordinate daily workflow priorities to ensure timely and accurate order processing, fulfillment, and shipment activities. Serve as a subject matter expert for order processing, fulfillment procedures, key cutting operations, and related systems. Train and onboard new team members on equipment, systems, quality standards, safety practices, and standard operating procedures. Monitor order queues, production schedules, and shipping timelines to identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks. Perform quality audits and verify order accuracy prior to shipment to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with established standards. Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate complex concerns to leadership when appropriate. Support inventory verification processes, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy initiatives. Utilize ERP, WMS, and order management systems to monitor workflow, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records. Assist with tracking and reporting key performance indicators related to productivity, quality, fulfillment accuracy, and service levels. Promote a safe, clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, productivity, and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer, inventory, and operational challenges. Assist leadership with workload balancing, resource allocation, and achievement of operational objectives. Education

& Experience High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Three to five years of experience in order processing, fulfillment, warehousing, manufacturing, distribution, or related operational environments required.

One year or more of experience serving as a trainer, mentor, team lead, or informal leader preferred. Experience utilizing ERP, WMS, shipping, inventory management, and order processing systems required. Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or high-volume fulfillment environments preferred. Competencies – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills required.

Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills required. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced operational environment required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy required. Effective verbal and written communication skills required. Working knowledge of order fulfillment, inventory control, logistics, shipping, and warehouse operations required.

Proficiency utilizing ERP, WMS, inventory management, and order processing systems required. Ability to analyze workflow challenges and implement effective solutions required. Ability to influence team performance and foster a collaborative work environment required. Experience supporting continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives preferred.

Operational Equipment N/A Work Environment and Physical Demands Work Environment Order Processor: Fast paced, standing on concrete floors up to 8 hrs/day. Exposure to loud noise. Near vision required. Physical Demands Order Processor: Medium- Heavy, lifting up to 30 lbs.
