Coordinator A Snapshot of Your Day As a Coordinator in the Order Management team at Siemens Energy Sensors in Bømlo, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth handling of customer orders from receipt through confirmation, follow-up and delivery. The role combines order processing, customer communication, documentation follow-up and coordination across internal functions.

You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders such as Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Production and Finance to clarify requirements, support timely order execution and maintain accurate information in SAP and other relevant systems. To succeed in this role, you should be structured, accurate and comfortable managing several activities in parallel within established processes.

How You’ll Make an Impact Process and manage customer orders from receipt through delivery using SAP and other relevant internal business systems. Review customer requirements, support order clarification and issue order confirmations Maintain accurate order, delivery and customer information in relevant business systems Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support smooth order execution Follow up progress, open issues and potential delays in a timely and structured manner Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery updates and documentation Support continuous improvement of order management routines and ways of working What You Bring A relevant degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, technical or administrative disciplines is preferred.

Relevant work experience may compensate for formal education. Experience in order management, customer service, project coordination, or similar role Knowledge of order fulfillment process and customer requirements, ideally withing manufacturing or technical environment Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office and other relevant business systems Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering great customer experiences and a basic understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes About the Team The Order Management team in Bømlo is responsible for coordinating customer orders from receipt through confirmation and follow-up.

We work closely with global customers and internal functions to ensure that customer requirements are understood, documented and followed up throughout the order process. Our team is part of Siemens Energy’s Subsea Sensors business in Bømlo, delivering instrumentation and sensor solutions for subsea production systems.
