The Role The Event Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing Amaro Law Firm events, sponsorship activations, community engagements, internal events, and promotional initiatives. Working from established event goals and budgets, this role owns the planning details, timelines, vendors, materials, onsite execution, and follow-up required to ensure events are organized, on-brand, within budget, and executed successfully.
The Event Coordinator also manages the firm’s branded merchandise inventory and supports the collection and organization of attendee and community contact information.

Event Planning & Execution Vendor, Budget & Administrative Management Sponsorship, Ticket & Attendee Coordination Swag & Promotional Merchandise Management Key Characteristics Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proactive planner who anticipates needs and prevents last-minute issues Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable managing multiple events and deadlines simultaneously Budget-conscious and cost-aware Professional demeanor and client-facing presence Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership Team-oriented and collaborative Required Experience 2+ years of experience in event coordination, event planning, or a related role Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to lift and transport event materials and supplies Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed for events Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or related field Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment Experience with CRM platforms and contact database management Familiarity with branded merchandise sourcing and inventory management Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage (no cost to employees) 401(k) with employer matching Generous paid time off Paid parental leave Professional development assistance Life insurance Amaro Law Firm is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
