TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Implement and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) covering Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) requirements. Ensure proper Quality Assurance (QA) practices and maintain all related documentation, records, procedures, and work instructions.

Coordinate calibration activities for measuring and inspection instruments and maintain accurate calibration records. Plan, conduct, and coordinate internal audits and support external IMS certification audits. Prepare and maintain Management Review Meeting (MRM) documents, reports, presentations, and action trackers.

Support supplier evaluation activities and conduct supplier audits whenever required. Monitor corrective and preventive actions, ensure compliance with IMS standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives. PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/B.Tech Mechanical). 0-2 years of experience in QHSE, IMS, Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, or related areas.

Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and Integrated Management Systems. Understanding of quality documentation, internal audits, calibration systems, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong communication, documentation, analytical, and coordination skills with attention to detail.
