INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 695 Chisholm, Minnesota JOB# 2026NC359 Before and After School Care Daily and Substitute positions Key Responsibilities Supervision & Safety: Monitor children at all times inside the facility and on the playground to prevent harm or accidents. Activity Planning: Lead fun, age-appropriate games, arts and crafts, and enrichment projects.

Academic Support: Provide dedicated time and guidance for students working on school homework. Parent Communication: Share daily updates with parents or guardians during morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up.

Qualifications

& Requirements Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent Experience: Previous experience working with youth in a childcare, camp, or educational setting. Background Check: Ability to pass a mandatory criminal background check. Core Skills: Patient, energetic, dependable, and strong verbal communication. Part-time 6:00-7:30 am and/or 3:00-5:45 pm.
