Director of Fitness

The Fitness Director is responsible for enhancing the overall Resident experience through the design and implementation of a dynamic fitness program. The Fitness Director will teach and lead classes, provide one-on-one coaching, training and support, while building participation through excellent communication of offerings and ongoing interactions with residents.

This health and fitness approach to daily life for residents involves the use of Techno Gym equipment, personal plans and holistic wellness. This is to be handled in The Sterling Touch® friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner in all interactions, resulting in a very high level of resident satisfaction.

The Fitness Director is under the general guidance of the Executive Director.
