Orthodontic Dental Assistant

The primary role of the Orthodontic Dental Assistant is to assist the Orthodontist in the overall delivery of oral care and work independently to provide an exceptional patient experience.Orthodontic Dental Assistants perform a variety of patient care, office, and laboratory duties.Orthodontic Dental Assistants prepare patients for oral examination and assist other dentalprofessionals in providing treatment to the teeth, mouth, and gums Summary of Essential Job Functions:• Assist the orthodontist during procedures, including installing braces, adjustingwires, and placing aligners.• Prepare and sterilize orthodontic instruments and equipment.• Fabricate and fit orthodontic appliances, such as retainers and spacemaintainers, under the orthodontist's direction.• Remove braces, wires, and ban
