Human Resources Generalist

POSITION SNAPSHOT Site / Department: Human Resources Location: Sharon, Pa 16148 Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm Employment Status: FULL-TIME WHY THIS ROLE Looking for a human resources role where you can support employees and strengthen HR processes across a community-focused healthcare organization? Primary Health Network is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support employee relations, HR operations, compliance, personnel records, and employee programs across the Network.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining personnel and departmental policies and procedures.
• Support employee transitions, exit interviews, and the preparation and confidential maintenance of personnel files.
• Coordinate pre-employment physicals and drug screenings as needed.
• Help maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations, Joint Commission HR Management Standards, and HRSA HR standards.
• Monitor employee evaluations; maintain HR databases, track information, and prepare reports.
• Support employee recognition programs, departmental goals, disciplinary procedures, and other HR initiatives.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and three to five years of human resources experience, OR seven years of HR experience.
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
• Computer proficiency and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, judgment, flexibility, and discretion with confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and apply organizational policies and procedures.

COMPENSATION

PHN recognizes experience, education, credentials, and site location when determining wage, as applicable.
