Growth & Marketing Operations Manager

About the Role

TurFresh is looking for a hands-on Growth & Marketing Operations Manager to improve marketing performance across multiple markets. This role combines strategy, analytics, execution oversight and team coordination. You will connect paid media, SEO, local search, CRM, marketing automation, websites, lead handling, agencies and internal specialists into one accountable system.

You will work closely with John and the President/General Manager, who will provide strategic guidance and feedback. You will be expected to turn that direction into clear plans, disciplined execution and measurable results. You should be analytical, commercially minded, organized, technically capable and comfortable moving between strategy and execution.

You should naturally ask: What happened? Why did it happen? Was the work executed correctly? What should we do next?
