Warehouse Team Lead

The Warehouse Team Lead oversees a team responsible for order fulfillment, audits and processing, customer returns, and product receiving and storage. This role ensures that inbound and outbound processes are completed accurately and on time while using labor and resources efficiently to meet department goals.

This is a working lead role that requires a hands-on leader that can work side-by-side with the team while directing workload and tasks.

The primary shift will be approximately 09:00 – 18:00 Monday through Friday. Some additional flexibility is required due to business needs. Occasional additional overtime may be required to support business needs. This role will likely average around 45 hours per week.
