Commercial Building and Electrical Inspector

The City of Beloit has an exciting employment opportunity in the Community Development Department as the Commercial Building and Electrical Inspector. This position is under the direction of the Planning and Building Services Division of Community Development. The Commercial Building and Electrical Inspector is responsible for conducting commercial building and electrical inspections and related office work to secure compliance with municipal, state, and national codes and regulations governing building construction, existing structures, electrical installations and equipment, zoning, and flood plains.
