Job Summary

The Special Procedures Technologist, under the supervision of the Special Procedures Supervisor, Cath Lab Manager and Credentialed Physician co-ordinates the technical and patient care component of angiograms, interventions, and other invasive procedures. He/she is responsible for all aspects of patient care in accordance with hospital and department policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirement s: Graduate from an approved school of Radiology Science. Registered by the ARRT and two years’ experience as a radiographer. One year of special procedures preferred.

THIS POSITION IS FOR A 13-WEEK CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT Salary will be $77.00 per hour plus applicable shift differential Contract employees will be assigned to specific divisions. To qualify, candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in that specialty area.
