Kitchen Assistant (NFS Food lab) – (MOE School)

Job Roles & Responsibilities Maintenance of NFS rooms Able to maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the NFS food lab (kitchen), preparation room and needlework roocleaning of work unit( table, drawer, cupboard, sink) after lesson Manage the equipment and appliances in the NFS food lab(kitchen) Able to ensure the safety of the NFS room.

Food Storage, Food Preparation & Food Hygiene Able to manage the process of accepting and verifying food orders.

Requirements

Job Requirements Able to speak, read and write English. Preferably with some work experience in the food industry/ kitchen. To carry out some heavy labor. This will include, but not limited to, mopping the 3 kitchens, packing and arranging items/ ingredients into the top cupboard, moving ovens to clean around them and carry heavy food items.

At times, personnel may be required to carry heavy food items up the stairs as the Kitchens are located at Level 3. Should be able to work efficiently and independently
