Job Summary

This Position Is Responsible For Supporting The Product Lifecycle By Gathering, Organizing, Analyzing, And Interpreting Marketing, Financial, And Operating Data. Assisting In Report Preparation As Well As Creation And Maintenance Of Project Management Documentation. Required Job Qualifications: Bachelor Degree and 4 years of experience in healthcare, business analysis consulting, systems implementation efforts, project management managing projects or relevant health care industry experience 3 years experience managing of project management experience with large and scale complex multi-million dollar projects.

Experience communicating with senior management from multiple divisions. Experience developing and delivering presentations. Problem resolution experience and skills . identifying complex risks and issues, risk mitigation, and issue resolution, including working and negotiating with diverse teams Negotiations skills. Verbal and written communications skills including establishing working relationships across departments, preparing presentations to senior management cross-functional stakeholders (including senior management), and establishing team environment.

Capable of working limited supervision and in group settings with ability to respond to rapidly changing priorities. Organizational skills. Experience managing multiple complex projects successfully. Detail oriented. The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan. Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week.

Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.
