Vehicle Rental Sales Agent

Vehicle Rental Sales Agent Wayne Akers Ford is seeking an Automotive Rental Agent to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while renting vehicles to customers. You will be responsible for making reservations, completing rental agreements, collecting rental fees, and ensuring rental vehicles are in safe and working order.

You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and providing support in the event of an accident. To be successful in this role, you must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be knowledgeable about trucks and rental policies.
