AR Collector

The Accounts Receivable Collector is responsible for managing assigned customer accounts, monitoring outstanding balances, and conducting timely collection activities to support the company’s accounts receivable objectives. The AR Collector will communicate with customers in both English and Spanish, investigate account discrepancies, follow up on outstanding balances and payment commitments, and collaborate with internal departments to facilitate timely payment and accurate account resolution.
