Account Services Assistant

As an Account Services Assistant (internally known as “Premium Audit Assistant”), you will provide administrative support that helps keep our Premium Audit operations running smoothly and efficiently. In this entry-level role, you will coordinate the lifecycle of excess standalone and out-of-state primary workers’ compensation audits by ordering audits, tracking their progress, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely communication with brokers, third-party audit vendors, underwriting, and internal business partners.

You will organize multiple priorities while following established procedures and service standards, helping deliver quality work that supports departmental and corporate objectives.
