3 to 5 years of HVAC/R experience Commercial refrigeration experience Strong HVAC service, troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair skills EPA Universal Certification High school diploma or equivalent Ability to diagnose HVAC/R equipment problems and determine appropriate repairs Mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work an on-call schedule Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned service calls Dependable approach to safety and quality workmanship Cincy Heating & Cooling is an Equal Opportunity Employer .
