Sr. Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager to take full ownership of software project delivery. You will run the development plan end to end: coordinating developers and QA, following up on tasks and blockers, and making sure releases go out on time and as agreed with the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Own software projects from planning through release
• Build and maintain delivery plans with clear tasks, owners and dates
• Track progress daily, flag delays early and drive recovery actions
• Work directly with developers and QA to remove blockers and keep work moving
• Clarify requirements with business stakeholders and translate them into deliverable tasks
• Manage scope and change requests, and communicate their impact on timelines
• Plan and coordinate releases, including readiness checks with QA
• Report project status, risks and decisions clearly to stakeholders and management Requirements - 4+ years of experience in project management (any industry)
• Proven experience personally managing software development projects from planning to release
• Hands-on experience maintaining delivery plans and following up on progress and delays
• Direct experience working with developers, QA and business stakeholders on requirements, blockers and changes
• Strong organization, follow-up and communication skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken) Nice to Have
• Previous experience as a software developer or data engineer
• Experience managing data, analytics or AI projects
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
