HR Executive ( Implant @ V Guard )

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing: Manage full-cycle recruitment for all manufacturing roles, including production staff, supervisors, and administrative Blue Caller positions hiring. Support workforce planning strategies based on production needs. Coordinate and conduct interviews, background checks, and on boarding processes for new hires.

Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure job descriptions are aligned with role requirements. HR Administration:

• Ensure the attendance management system is properly updated with current employee data, including shifts, work schedules, overtime and attendance policies.
• regularly audit the system for discrepancies or errors and ensure they are resolved promptly.

Requirements

Implant HR @ V Guard Industries MSW Fresher or Graduate with 1 0r 2 years experience as HR in any Manufacturing Industry Benefits Industrial standards
