Talent Acquisition Specialist-Onsite

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full cycle recruitment in high volume atmosphere. Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing objectives and develop sourcing strategies for current and future direct hire needs. Works with applicants to ensure a positive candidate experience. Responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, evaluating and identifying qualified candidates.

Assist with the development of recruitment programs and collateral to attract applicants to fill specific job openings.  Must have diverse experience in sourcing strategies to include: social media platforms, job boards, data mining techniques, job fairs, referrals, networking while continually identifying new pipelines through research.
