Global Digital Marketing Manager
Job description
The Global Digital Marketing Manager will own and manage Hana’s B2B digital marketing presence, including the corporate website, social media and digital channels, CRM, and marketing automation. This role will be responsible for maintaining and localizing website content for global markets, growing Hana’s social media presence, developing and executing email and organic digital campaigns, and managing marketing automation programs that support sales and customer engagement.
The Global Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC to ensure Hana’s products, markets, and brand are consistently represented across all digital channels. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with responsibility for driving Hana’s global digital presence and supporting broader marketing and business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 5-8 years of professional experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably within a technology, manufacturing, or industrial environment. Demonstrated expertise with Hub. Spot, including hands-on experience managing the platform and completed projects involving CRM, marketing automation, and lead management.
Experience integrating Hub. Spot with ERP systems and other business and marketing platforms. Proven experience developing and managing lead generation, lead nurturing, and marketing automation programs. Proficiency with WordPress and working knowledge of HTML. Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush or similar platforms.
Experience managing multi-language websites, localization projects, or digital content for global markets. Experience working with international or global marketing teams and audiences across multiple regions. Strong proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and Hub. Spot analytics. Hub. Spot certifications are a plus. Experience within the manufacturing, technology, RFID, or related industries is a plus.
Essential Job Functions: CRM, Lead Management & Marketing Automation
- Own and manage lead lifecycle processes within Hub. Spot, including lead capture, scoring, segmentation, routing, and handoff to Sales. Develop and manage lead nurturing programs that support prospect engagement and movement through the sales funnel. Partner with Sales to define lead stages, establish handoff requirements, and optimize CRM processes and automation. Design, build, and maintain Hub. Spot workflows, sequences, and automations supporting Marketing and Sales activities. Manage Hub. Spot integrations with the ERP system and other business and digital platforms. Maintain database quality through segmentation, deduplication, enrichment, list governance, and ongoing data management. Regularly audit and optimize the Hub. Spot environment to support business growth and evolving marketing and sales requirements. Manage agency and external partners supporting Hub. Spot, website, and digital marketing initiatives. Email Marketing & Newsletters
- Plan, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns and digital newsletters for global audiences. Develop and maintain email content, templates, segmentation, and campaign schedules aligned with marketing objectives. Test and optimize email subject lines, content, calls to action, and timing to improve engagement and campaign performance. Ensure email marketing practices align with applicable global privacy and anti-spam requirements, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL. Website & SEO
- Own and manage Hana’s corporate website, partnering with internal teams and external agencies on website strategy, content, design, and functionality. Manage website tools and processes, including WordPress, landing pages, forms, accessibility, and integrations with Hub. Spot and other digital platforms. Lead website localization initiatives for international markets, coordinating with translation partners and regional stakeholders. Monitor website performance and proactively apply SEO best practices and tools to improve search visibility, traffic, and user experience. Maintain accurate, consistent, and brand-aligned website content across products, markets, and regions. Social Media & Digital Campaigns
- Develop and manage Hana’s B2B social media content calendar across relevant digital channels. Create, publish, and maintain social media content that aligns with Hana’s brand standards, messaging, and business objectives. Develop strategies to grow Hana’s B2B social media audience and increase engagement across global markets. Monitor and analyze social media performance and apply insights to improve content and audience engagement. Plan and execute organic B2B digital campaigns across social media, email, website, and other digital channels. Support the development and execution of paid digital campaigns as needed. Analytics & AI
- Monitor and report digital marketing performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Hub. Spot analytics, and other applicable platforms. Develop dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into campaign performance, audience engagement, lead generation, and pipeline contribution. Analyze campaign and channel performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Use data and performance insights to inform digital marketing strategy, priorities, and resource allocation. Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve the efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of content development, segmentation, reporting, automation, and other digital marketing activities. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales to align digital marketing activities with the sales cycle, lead management processes, and business development objectives. Partner with the Events team to support event lead capture, lead management, and post-event nurture programs. Collaborate with Product teams to support new product launches and ensure accurate product representation across digital channels. Partner with the Brand team to maintain consistent corporate brand standards, messaging, and visual identity across digital channels. Collaborate with the Channel team to develop and execute co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners. Work collaboratively with regional teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC to ensure digital marketing programs effectively support global business needs. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Strong B2B copywriting skills across social media, email marketing, website content, and other digital channels. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Ability to grow B2B social media channels organically and analyze audience engagement and performance. Working knowledge of paid search and digital advertising campaigns. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret digital marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Ability to manage multiple digital marketing initiatives, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of SEO, website optimization, content strategy, CRM, and marketing automation principles. Ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing, Sales, IT, and other cross-functional teams across global regions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate, consistent, and localized digital content. Ability to work effectively with global audiences while considering applicable privacy and data protection requirements. Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve the efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of digital marketing work. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and digital channels. Self-directed, hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of projects from concept through execution and measurement. Physical Requirements: Ability to perform routine computer-based work, including extended periods of typing, reading, and viewing a computer monitor. Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time, including during conferences and other events. Ability to work across varying time zones and occasionally work extended or non-standard hours to support global teams, projects, or business needs. Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull materials, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 25 pounds. Ability to travel by air and other common modes of transportation, including international travel. Ability to navigate airports, offices, conference facilities, and other business environments safely.
