Automotive Sales Professional Sands Chevrolet | Surprise, AZ $3,000–$15,000+ PER MONTH Full-Time | Commission-Based Internet Sales + Floor Sales NOW HIRING: AUTOMOTIVE SALES PROFESSIONALS Sands Chevrolet is expanding its sales team and looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales Professionals to join our growing dealership.

We are hiring for both Internet Sales and Floor Sales positions. Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required. We're open to candidates with strong sales, customer service, communication, and relationship-building experience who are motivated to learn the automotive business and succeed in a performance-driven environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Work Internet leads, phone ups, referrals, and showroom traffic Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries Make outbound calls and maintain consistent follow-up Set and confirm customer appointments Build strong relationships throughout the sales process Learn and conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles Present vehicle features, benefits, and options Negotiate professionally and work toward closing the sale Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in the CRM Follow dealership sales processes and performance expectations Provide an exceptional customer experience Generate repeat and referral business Work as part of a team to achieve individual and dealership sales goals WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Automotive dealership sales experience preferred, but not required Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build relationships and establish customer trust Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating with customers Strong follow-up and organizational skills Willingness to learn automotive products and sales processes Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced dealership environment Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus We're willing to train the right person who has the attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and desire to succeed.

COMPENSATION

$3,000–$15,000+ PER MONTH Commission-Based | Performance Driven Earning potential is based on individual sales performance, volume, and results.
