Key responsibilities include

developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing employee benefits and payroll systems, supporting performance and behavior management, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. This role plays a critical part in shaping the culture and effectiveness of the HR department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

In addition to managing employee relations and ensuring regulatory compliance, the Safety function of the role involves the continuous evaluation and enhancement of workplace safety procedures. The HR/Safety Manager ensures that all operations are conducted in a manner that promotes both a positive work environment and a safe, compliant workplace.
