Pricing Analyst

Job Profile Summary Responsible for the enterprise solution overview, ensuring solution incorporates clients’ and Ensono overall business strategy and technical vision. Uncovers prospect/client’s business issues, creating high level business requirements. Determines if Ensono has the capability/capacity to solve prospect/client’s business problems.

Liaisons with sales, account management, technical/delivery executives and industry solution architects to ensure seamless customer service in the sales and delivery process.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Fully functional and self-directed Provides formal mentorship High complexity assignments- owner Moderate complexity assignments - owner (1 or >) Low complexity assignments - provide oversight/review Regularly leads self and established as specialist Sees the whole picture and adjusts work accordingly Collaborates with account team in assessing high level technical requirements Develops, presents or responds to proposals for specific client requirements, including the technical content for request for proposal responses and industry-specific solution Collaborates with other teams regarding price determination Responsible for the enterprise solution overview Ensures individualized solution requirements and design incorporates Ensono and client's overall solution vision.

Anticipates obstacles and recommends solution options Focuses on client value and satisfaction while balancing Ensono enterprise objectives, feasibility and scalability of solutions Accountable for the accuracy, process, integrity, quality and stewardship of client solutions Advises management and affected team through communications at the appropriate technical granularity Shares best practices and incorporates lessons learned into estimates, standards and protocols Is developing subject matter expertise in Ensono and industry technologies, verticals and lines of business in order to help align client business needs to products, solutions and services offered Implements Ensono solution standards, estimates, processes, policies and procedures Utilizes standard methodologies to promote consistency and drives adherence to standards within designated teams Keeps informed and evaluates the latest industry news, trends, products, services, competitors and relevant existing and emerging technologies Communication: Demonstrates good verbal communications and written verbal skills Has the ability to communicate with Account management and internal cross-functional teams Good demonstration of critical thinking/problem solving skills to frame a situation/concept Leadership: Balances company, team, and personal achievement Possesses good leadership skills and has the ability to mentor less experienced test associates Identifies conflict and drives to closure SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position does not have direct reports but may mentor less experienced associates in the role.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required None Preferred Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience Good Ensono product and solution knowledge and ability to apply that knowledge to industry and client business problems; good networking skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the enterprise; prior financial or technical experience Travel % TBD by field Primary Location City/State: Pune, IN
