Commercial HVAC Service Technician – Way Service, Ltd. - Austin

Being a part of the Way Companies is being a part of a family and legacy spanning four generations. We are currently seeking Commercial HVAC Service Technicians, all experience levels, to join our growing division in the Central Texas (Austin) area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs troubleshooting, repair, preventative maintenance, installation, consultation, design, & estimation for a wide range of commercial HVAC equipment. Along with Large Rooftop units, Mechanical Systems & VFD knowledge. Attends training, supports other team members, and depending upon experience, mentors &/or supervises more junior technicians.

Records progress with the latest digital tools and software Redeems customer commitments in a professional, transparent, and timely manner.
