Regional Manager - Western Sydney

Regional Manager | Western Sydney Exciting opportunity to lead I-MED’s Western Sydney clinics and make a meaningful impact in local communities. As part of the NSW/ACT/WA Business Unit Leadership team, you will have the opportunity to work with clinics where we have heavily invested in state-of-the-art equipment. Spanning multiple sites across Western Sydney, including two well-established private hospital locations, the region delivers a comprehensive range of diagnostic imaging services, including MRI and PET/CT.

These clinics support some of Western Sydney's leading healthcare providers and specialist networks, offering patients access to advanced imaging technology and high-quality, integrated care across both community and hospital settings.

About you

You are someone who thrives in a community based, and people centric business, with demonstrable expertise in a multi-site leadership role, that includes managing complex workforce resource planning and P&L management, ideally with experience in the healthcare sector. Key capabilities: Providing effective leadership, communications, and engagement strategies to ensure successful delivery of change initiatives and achievement of operational improvement Demonstrating strengths in people leadership and achieving results through people A solid grasp of commercial, operational, and business acumen Proven ability to lead and drive through people, system, and process changes successfully Demonstrating success in executing change programs and operational strategies and achieving desired results Working together.
