Associate Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking an Associate Business Operations Specialist . You will support contract coordination, forecasting and reporting while keeping operational governance running smoothly across Finance, Legal, HR and Delivery. You will maintain accurate business data, track actions and risks and turn inputs into clear summaries that help leaders make decisions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate contract lifecycle activities including tracking approvals, legal alignment and execution support Prepare and update revenue forecasts, operational metrics and recurring business reports Support billing coordination and financial tracking to improve visibility on performance Maintain CRM and internal systems with accurate, compliant data and timely updates Run meeting governance: set agendas, capture action items, follow up on owners and deadlines Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities with HR and IT teams Track operational risks, issues and dependencies and escalate when needed Support process improvements and ad-hoc operational projects across functions Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field Financial acumen including forecasting, reporting, revenue tracking or business analysis Proven experience in business operations, finance, PMO, analytics or a related function Fluency in English and Mandarin for written and spoken communication Organizational strength with strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through Stakeholder management skills across Finance, Legal, HR and delivery-focused teams Analytical problem-solving ability, turning complex inputs into concise summaries Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Nice to have Experience in IT services, consulting or technology organizations Experience working in an international or matrix organization Experience supporting senior leaders with reporting, meeting governance and action tracking
