We design and deploy skills development programs to address business challenges and the transformation of roles. We are looking for our new Talent Development Partner ! Reporting directly to our Head of Talent Development, you will join a tight-knit, fast-paced team of 4 people. This role is open because our previous Talent Partner grew into a new role internally, proof that we actively practice talent development ;) You’ll be responsible for the Talent strategy implementation in close collaboration with the HRBPs, HR Directors and Business leaders.

You will be responsible to collect, analyze and challenge development needs, plan, organize and follow-up on learning, and even work on the content. In addition you are responsible for the implementation of the HR cycle containing the performance reviews, the workload and professional interviews, as well as the Talent Reviews for the group.

You are the go-to person concerning learning, talent and performance of your scope.
