The beautiful Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Biltmore, a Hilton Corporate Managed hotel, is looking to add a Part Time Accounting and Payroll Clerk to join their team. This position will be covering accounts receivable, payroll, and general accounting to support financial operations. Schedule: Seeking a part-time opportunity, available to work approximately 24 to 26 hours per week Compensation/Work Arrangement: Seeking an hourly position and is an on-property role.

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk & Payroll Admin, you’re not just supporting the hotel’s financial operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Perform essential accounting functions: E xecute tasks across Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Accounting to support financial operations Address questions and disputes: Research and respond to inquiries and partner with internal and external parties to resolve disputes promptly Participate in financial reporting: Assist with the production of monthly accounts, month-end responsibilities, and internal controls over financial data Collaborate for success: Build and maintain cooperative relationships with other finance and corporate departments Assist with the counting of house banks and verifying month end beverage inventory.
